Mr. Greene has over fifteen years experience managing and growing organizations that provide high-value consulting services and products for manufacturing, distribution, and service companies. He worked for Andersen Consulting and Arthur Andersen before starting SSG in 1991. His clients while at Andersen included companies such as J.C. Penney, Williams Pipeline, Uranium Resources, and Valhi.

Mr. Greene brings a wealth of experience in industrial equipment, health care, aerospace and consumer products manufacturing, sales and service.  Large companies such as Baker Hughes, Stream-Flo Canada and B.F. Goodrich have hired SSG and Mr. Greene to assist them with ERP planning, selection and implementation. Mr. Greene has been featured and referenced in numerous publications as one of the leading mid-size manufacturing experts in the world.

Mr. Greene also conducts ERP Systems Audits for customers worldwide. SSG customers  have recognized that Patrick is one of the most well-versed experts available, and have contracted with SSG for this highly important service which determines how much business value is being derived from your system - and how to use it better.

This process allows a third party review of the utilization of the customer’s existing technology and a review of the customer’s business processes. Recommendations for enhancing system/technology utilization, gaining new customers, increasing profits and business process improvement are then presented to upper management. The reaction to these audits have been extremely positive, and contributes to the high level of customer satisfaction that SSG customers enjoy.

Mr. Greene worked for Arthur Andersen’s Business Systems Consulting Practice (mid-market) and for (Fortune 500) in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain vertical industry groups before founding SSG in 1991 to meet the growing supply-chain solution demands of manufacturers.

Mr. Greene has a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Management from SMU in Dallas, Texas. He also has worked for manufacturers Recognition Equipment and Rockwell International in an engineering capacity and is currently a member of the American Management Association and the American Production and Inventory Control Society, as well as the World Entrepreneur's Organization (www.eo.org).
